You can redeem the points in the multiple of 50 (Eg. 50,100,150 etc.), and a maximum of 500 points is redeemable for every purchase.

What warranty do you provide for your products?

The usual manufacturer’s warranty for all of our electronic/battery-operated products is six months from the date of purchase. However, details will be provided inside the box and may differ from product to product. We are pleased to assist you if you require any support.

Will I face any side effects while using your products?

While none of our products cause any sort of side effects after use, it is still recommended to read the instruction manual prior to using any of our products. It is also important to keep the sex toys clean and store it in a dry place. Please also check the ingredients list on our products to understand if have an allergy to any of the ingredients.

Can I have different addresses under one account

Without a doubt! Multiple addresses and cities can be added under a single account. Check to see if they deliver to the locations you want to deliver to, then click on add address and enter it. When you wish to make a purchase with the same address again, it will be automatically saved by MsChief and you will not have to enter it again.

Can I change my address and how do I change my address?

Yes! Only before the order is dispatched you can change the address of delivery. The process of changing the address after the dispatch could be complicated because it has already been shipped to the warehouse near the location you specify. As a result, change the address before sending it to avoid further inconvenience. For further queries read on to our shipping policy.

I want to delete / deactivate my account. Where is that option provided?

You can reach out to the customer support team if you wish to deactivate your account. If you want to reactivate your account, you can use the same credentials after the time specified after deactivation.

Do you have offline stores?

No, MsChief is only available online for now.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by
1. Sign in, then go to ‘My account > Order history’ and then clicking the order # and then clicking the appropriate tracking link. 2. Simply click here TRACK MY ORDER and enter your email address (that you used for purchasing the order) and the order number in digits, ex: 123456, and the app would display the order status.
3. You can also click the TRACK NOW options in the ‘shipping confirmation’ email you received. If you haven’t received an email yet, most likely your order/package has not shipped yet.
4. If none of the above work, just contact us via email and we will check in the system and get back to you with your order status.

Will my order details be visible on the package?

At MsChief, we ensure you that your order will arrive in a discreet manner. We value your privacy and understand that you may want to keep your purchases private. Hence, we strictly scrutinize our logistics and and shipping to ensure discretion. Your order is packaged very securely and is covered before it leaves the warehouse. There is no description or indication of the product inside and you cant feel the product either as it is boxed. Hence, you can feel at ease while shopping at MsChief.

How do I check if MsChief will deliver to my area?

We ship to almost every pin codes in India. In case your pin code is not serviceable, our customer service team will get in touch with you for alternate address

Is GST included in your orders?

Yes, while shopping at MsChief, GST is included in the price of the product. That means you do not have to pay anything on top of what you see for the products.

What is the shipping charges?

At MsChief, we offer free shipping for orders above Rs.499. If your purchase order is less that Rs.499, we charge a shipping fee of Rs.80

How can I Redeem a COUPON/PROMOTION code for my order?

When you are going through the checkout process to place your order, you will reach a part before making payment that says ‘Enter your gift card /Promotion code’. Simply type in your promo code and click ‘submit’. The cart automatically applies the promotion/discount and recalculates the new subtotal. After that, you can continue with payment for the new subtotal.

What do I do if my Promotion CODE/ GIFT card doesn't work?

If your promotional code doesn’t work, it is most likely that it’s validity has expired or you don’t meet the minimum purchase order to avail the discount. If your order is eligible and the code still doesn’t work, please contact MsChief ‘s Customer Care and we will assist you.

When will I receive my order?

We take about 1 business day to process your order after which the product will be dispatched and reach you at your destination within 3-7 business days.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

In case you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once the product has been processed and shipped, we cannot offer cancellation. Do I need to be present to collect my order?

This depends on the courier service. Most times, we offer OTP based delivery. This means that the courier personnel will release the package to you only after you share the OTP for the products via SMS from MsChief as proof of delivery. However, we also work with some partners who ask for recipient’s signature upon delivery.

Can I ask someone else to sign of my order if I am not available?

Because we work with multiple courier partners, you could be offered OTP based delivery or signature based delivery depending on your location and pin code. If you are not home to collect the delivery, you can share the OTP with whoever is at home or ask to leave the parcel outside if you are comfortable with that. In case of signature based delivery, you need to be present to sign off on the parcel. If not, the courier partner may attempt to deliver the parcel at another time.

What time can I expect my order?

You can expect your delivery at the standard business hours of 9am-6pm Monday thru Saturday.

Do you ship outside of India?

No. We currently only offer shipping across India.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

What is your Return/Exchange policy like?

At MsChief, we offer returns only on products with a manufacturing defect. While we have diligent checking of products being sent to you, there is a possibility of human error. Hence, if your receive a defected product, please contact our Customer Care within 72 hours of delivery regarding the issue. If the return is accepted, we will arrange for a pick up. You must return the product with all original accessories that was received with the product (Like charger, user manual etc.) Once the product is received, we will do a quality check and take decision on refund / exchange. Can I return a product because I am not happy with it?

Due to hygiene purposes, any product that comes in contact with intimate/private parts of a human is considered un-usable and un-sellable. Hence, if a seal is broken on products of this nature are not returnable.

How do I Return/Exchange a product?

It would take 4-7 days for the package to reach us, and after that, we would require two business to carry out a quality check, process your return and initiate a refund/exchange. Will my returns order be picked up from my address?

When will I receive my Refund/Exchange?

In case of exchange, the new product will be shipped to the customer within 2 working days from the time it is approved and it will reach customer as a regular order. In case of refund, the full amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment used by customer. at the time of placing the order It will take 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect in customer’s bank account.

What do I do if I have received a damaged Product / Wrong item?

We take utmost care to ensure that all our products are in perfect condition before reaching you. However, if you do receive a faulty product, please inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get it picked up. Once the products is received we will do a Quality Check. And if the concern is valid, we either offer you a free replacement of the same product or a product of the same value. Instead, if you would like a refund, we will initiate a full refund which should reflect on your bank account in 4-7 business days.
