MsChief Refund Policy

For any product shipped by MsChief to a consumer, if there is any
(i) product defect, or
(ii) the user-life of the product has expired on the date of such delivery, or
(iii) a wrong product is delivered, or
(iv) the product delivered is deficient and spurious, or
(v) or the product is not of the characteristics and not of features as advertised,
(any and all of the above hereinafter referred to as wrong item);
in such a situation we request you to notify us by email addressed to stating the details of your concern.

While sending the details, please ensure to share the following details
(a) order number,
(b) the item name/s,
(c) picture of the wrong item, depicting the issue or problem, and
(d) description of the problem being faced in relation to the incorrect product

Please note, any such concern is required to be shared with us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the wrong item to your address. We shall endeavour to attend to your concern and respond with our feedback on the same at our earliest, and within 3 working days from receiving your concern / complaint.

In case your concern / complaint is found to be genuine, we shall arrange for a return of the wrong item and pickup of the wrong item from the address where it was delivered. Based upon the address, the pickup (free of cost to you) shall be effected within 2 – 4 working days and we shall notify you the same. While returning the wrong item, kindly ensure that the original packaging in which it was delivered to you and the product user manual or other printed intimations or product accessories etc. which were in the packaging are also returned. Please do ensure that the original packaging and the materials supplied with the product are also returned with the wrong item, without which we will not be able to process the return.

Once the return package with all materials sent by you are received by us, we shall acknowledge the same by email within 2 working days. Post receipt of the return package we shall examine and evaluate the said wrong item and/or the issue of concern and we shall get in touch with you either by email or by phone. We shall either replace the wrong item with a similar product or otherwise arrange to refund the amount paid by you. We will not be able to process a claim for any replacement or refund if the wrong item is found to have been damaged or used or misused or tampered with while in your custody. There shall also be no claim for any replacement or refund if all the items as were in the original package such as product user manual or other printed intimations or product accessories are not returned.

Replacement: We shall replace the wrong item. On receiving back the return of the wrong item, we shall initiate the replacement. If an item is out of stock and it cannot be replaced, then we shall arrange for a refund against the returned wrong item.

Refund: We shall refund the price paid by you, The refund shall be effected in your credit / debit card /Bank account/ wallet, from which the price was paid by you.

Grievance Redressal Officer: In the event you are not satisfied and have any grievance with regards to the service or the transaction or anything connected therewith, you are invited to contact our eCommerce Manager who is the Grievance Officer for such grievance redressal. You may contact by email Rashmi  at email address: Our Grievance Redressal officer shall redress the complaint within one month from the date of receipt of such complaint.

If you don’t receive the delivery of your order but you have received an intimation by email and/or SMS that your order has been delivered, you must notify us immediately by an email or call our customer care number within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving such intimation. Your concern shall be looked into immediately and after validation, our team shall address this issue promptly and appropriately and it would be resolved. We shall notify you the outcome through email to your email address that may be provided.
